Carla Gentry was just in amsterdam. note about the coffee shops, they may be closed to foreigners soon so yes, check it out. if you like organic seasonal food, reserve a lunch or dinner spot at de kas. van gogh museum is happening on friday nights. foam - photography museum is great too. also vlaming brasserie - nice meal on the canals.
