This pretty much sums up the brain's reaction to beer, regardless of the brand.
Pabst Blue Ribbon. Yes, it's hipster beer now. But it's simple, good. And this image is sweet.

Anchor Christmas Ale. When I see this on the shelves at the grocery store, then I know the holiday season has arrived. Consistently good, year after year.
Schneider Organic Weisen-Edel Weisse. This is my favorite Hefeweizen right now.
Rogue Chipotle Ale. This one falls more on the side of "interesting" than "good." Just saying.
A bad pour on my part. And to think I used to be a bartender (many, many years ago).
8th Street Ale from Four Peaks. This is my default pick from my favorite local brewery. It has a slightly floral, fruity nose and flavor with just the right amount of hops for an Ale.
The Trappish beers of Chimay. The Red Cap, the Triple and the Blue Cap each have wonderful aromas and distinctive flavors. These are currently my beers of choice on Friday evenings .
Celis White. A great wheat beer (formerly out of Austin, TX) that was discontinued years ago (after an acquisition by a major brewer) and then resurrected by Michigan Brewing Company.
Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA. It packs a punch (of hoppy goodness)
