Connie Rizzo-Turpin You have to try them, they are fabulous! I have been making them for years, because the little Italian specialty store I shop at was selling them for $12 a lb(which I felt was crazy)! They are great on a salad or as a snack and a batch cost me about $2 lb to make! Tip: I have used dry and canned, and believe it or not, canned works better. It is just a pain to remove all the little skins. Hope you get a chance to try.....ENJOY!

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine) 1 cup salsa, 1 can condensed cream of chicken, 1 packet taco seasoning, 1/2 cup sour cream. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa. Pour over chicken. Cook on high 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream. Serve on tortillas or as desired.
