"We were intrigued. This map of what people look at on maps was something we hadn't seen before. There was more detail than the initial static images could show so I turned it into a tile-server so we could make it interactive progressively showing more detail as you zoom in. What do these patterns tell us? Homebuyers are a little ahead of sellers. Asking prices peak at the start of the season, so demand appears to rise ahead of supply. As supply catches up, prices ease back down and sales peak. After that, inventories build up a bit further through the summer.

Spunky Chipper Yea, but a CEO probably has a MBA and sometimes has a law degree. They deserve to make a shit ton for all the schooling they've been through. Plus they fall into a 35% tax bracket while you are probably paying 28%. Stop bitching & being jealous. It's not socialism. Life isn't fair. WORK harder, go back to school, & fix your miserable life.
Janine Barr Gees 'Spunky' - I hope that crap comment wasn't directed at me. I am a CEO, I do pay 38% in taxes and I'm not bitching about it. Thank you very much. This is an interesting diagram and commentary on the current times we find ourselves in. I dont think they're bitching or uneducated either - just demonstrating something. Why does it need to regress to that kind of attitude or behaviour? It's ok to have more than one opinion on a subject I'm sure since I last checked.
Carlos Iván Well... It should get your interest in working harder to become a CEO :D :D :D
Christine Dingeman Spunky, just because a CEO is educated and has gotten advanced degrees doesn't mean they should make 350 times more than their average employees. Talk about greedy! I have no problem with people working hard and making money, but there is a limit. Besides, most of those uber rich CEOs don't pay as much in taxes as I do, since they have expensive tax attorneys to find all the loopholes and tax dodges that our over paid legislature has provided for themselves as well as the 1%. As for a person with an MBA...I know several who are pretty ignorant considering all the time and money they spent on schooling. I have no desire to be a CEO or rich....if I was rich I'd give most of it away. What I do want is to be able to make a living wage and not have my life turned upside down because people who are supposed to be protecting my money are using it to gamble and losing big time.
Sha Hwang Thank you Janine for your sane comments

Jessica Stier I love the new timeline!!!
Label Love *own*
Christine Smith Its a good thing Facebook wasn't designed for photographers then!
Robert Hasty Say what you want, truth is they could have a timeline without splitting the page in two down the middle and ruining "EVERYONES" photos and sadly, its being designed for the bigshots on wall street now, not the users. Personally I hope it goes down in flames like myspace did. Go google circles!
