The image you see is from a welcome video for the annual World Conference of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), set for Chicago on June 24-27. This is an amazing conference; I've been to about 25 of them in my career and they were all well worth the time. I'm speaking on a yet-to-be-determined social/digital media topic. (It's yet to be determined because I wait until the conference gets close to decide what's trending that's of great interest to communicators.)
