Orka all-purpose silicone spatula. I have a bunch and it's my most-used kitchen utensil.
There's a reason it's so popular. Sturdy, heavy-duty, cleans up great, even cooking. Expensive but not so bad if you buy a piece at a time.
I've never been without a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I use mine pretty much every day. My first lasted 20 years, and I only replaced it for more capacity.
Enamel on steel Le Creuset whistling teapot for my daily cup (or two) of tea. Best teapot I've ever owned.
Stainless steel Le Creuset knobs replace the standard ones (safe for high oven heat).
