Any product from Anson Mills. The grits are top-notch, especially the pencil-cob variety. I love the farro piccolo, too.

Bob's Red Mill Organic Thick Rolled Oats: the only oats I use. Great for granola and cookies. Thick-cut makes a difference.

Breville Smart Grill - it's huge and not a necessity but I love it. Opens flat, grill plates come out and can go in the dishwasher.

Oxo Food Scale with Pull-Out Display: 11-pound capacity, durable, easy to read. My only complaint is that it automatically turns off more often than I'd like.

Straus for most baking, but I usually use Lurpak for cookies. Low moisture and very creamy.

I've had the same pepper mill for seven years. Still works great, produces a lot of pepper for not much work.

Le Crueset - durable, heavy-duty. I use the small one for baking bread.

Kosher salt goes here. I've had this salt cellar for years - it's the one Alton Brown used to sell. Use it every day, multiple times a day.

When CandH started selling baker's sugar, I switched from regular granulated and have never looked back. Fine grain mixes really well and make a nice crumb in baked goods. It's NOT vegan so I don't use it in vegan baked goods.

I love this flour and buy the organic when I can get it. Really consistent quality. 1 cup weighs 120.5g (4.25 oz).

Orka all-purpose silicone spatula. I have a bunch and it's my most-used kitchen utensil.

There's a reason it's so popular. Sturdy, heavy-duty, cleans up great, even cooking. Expensive but not so bad if you buy a piece at a time.

I've never been without a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I use mine pretty much every day. My first lasted 20 years, and I only replaced it for more capacity.
