Katelyn Vonfeldt much less exciting than this. i figure out what meals i want to make.. trying to overlap ingredients that I may have extra of.. sit down with the cookbook and make a list for the grocery store, then make sure i actually make what i bought the stuff for! I usually only make 3 big meals in a week- using leftovers often and making smaller, quick meals in between
