Spinach Parmesan Biscuits - 2 cups bisquick, 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1/4 cup dried Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 cups fresh spinach, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tbsp. margarine. Heat spinach in frying pan with margarine and garlic until wilted. Combine bisquick, cheese, egg and stock. Add wilted spinach mixture. Cook @ 450 for 10-15 minutes in greased muffin tin. Makes 6-8.
