Love this pink, white and black bedroom for girls!

A Touch of Pink - Brown walls give this bedroom a cozy atmosphere but modern flair, in items such as the polka dot pillows and bright pink bolster, keep the style fresh. The candy floss pink brings out the rosy notes in the brown walls and coverlet. Painted furniture adds a hand-crafted touch -- the glazed finish gives it instant patina. Touches of green pop around the room like sprigs of springtime.

Girlish Glamour - Done up in the girliest of shades -- pinks and purples -- this vivacious bedroom revels in all things gorgeous and glamorous. From the gold accents and rich fabrics to the uptown furnishings and vibrant details, this lavish space is the ultimate in luxury. Fabrics appear to have come straight from the high fashion runway. A fabulous fuschia silk moire lines the walls; and rich raspberry cut-silk velvet embraces the bed frame, while stunning silks cover pillows and chair.

Rosy Outlook - While red isn't usually considered a restful hue for bedrooms, using a color from the cooler end of the red spectrum tones down the energy and allows the sensual color to envelope the space with cocooning warmth. Luxurious fabrics and deep rose color give this bedroom dramatic appeal. Graphically patterned ikat and linen, and tone-on-tone matelasse create colorful focal points in this simply appointed room.

Red Bed Frame - Just a splash of red can add the final polish necessary to complete the look of a room. Here, that polish comes in the form of a bed frame painted brick red. It lends a retro-cottage vibe to the blue and tan bedroom.

Pretty in Pink - The casual atmosphere of a cottage is the perfect place to experiment with color. In this bubblegum pink bedroom the color coats beaded board walls and ceiling for a fanciful look. The pastel color palette embraces floral motifs for a pretty bouquet of textiles. Yellow-green makes an appearance like leaves in an arrangement of pink, lavender, and red flowers. An old nightstand gets a paint makeover in white to counter the darkness of the wooden bed frame.

Modern Traditional - Country style simplicity makes this teen bedroom a restful retreat. But lest it come too staid, a deep red coverlet brings saturated color and a jolt of energy to the otherwise neutral white and wood-toned room. Although the pattern of the fabric is restrained, it brings a youthful and modern sensibility to the traditional and elaborately turned four-post bed.

Multipurpose Storage - If you find your teen bedroom houses more than linens and clothing and there's a pileup of paper, magazines, and photos, employ office storage solutions for these extras. Fabric-covered boxes with lids and magazine holders keep everything well-organized while presenting a pretty front.

Small-Space Storage - When there's no space for a nightstand, substitute a recessed wall niche for bedside storage. Carve out space between wall studs, drywall the niche, and install shelves for books and other bedside necessities.

Antiques for Teens - An airy antique bed was stripped and varnished to prevent rusting. Its simple look, as well as the companion white wood furniture pieces, keeps the attention on the bed covering and the decoratively painted wall stripes.

Bold and Beautiful - Teens aren't afraid of color. Use it creatively to create a hip space. Green-striped wallpaper, orange bedding, and fiery ottomans give punch to this room. White lamps and a black bed frame ground the bold color scheme. The key to a great teen room is plenty of seating for friends. Here the plush chair, versatile ottomans, and cozy area rug provide plenty of cool options.

College Life - Nothing accompanies the transition from childhood to adulthood like a dorm room. This room mixes function and fashion with bold bedding, a bright area rug, modern floor lamp, and armchairs. The clean-lined, modern shapes of the chairs and ottomans give these classic pieces a youthful edge. Choosing neutral fabric for the drapes and upholstery ensures that these pieces will transition from the dorm room to a first apartment.

Helen Nicholson yep already thinking on Nate's dorm room:)

Refreshing Design - This teen took design cues from her favorite drink bottle to give her bedroom personal style. The teal and raspberry pink hues give traditional pink and blue a grown-up kick. She brings the colors together with the striped accent rug and patterned throw that feature all the colors in the room. The white platform bed brings style and storage space to the small bedroom without distracting from the bold colors. To give the room even more personal style, the hand-painted tree grows into a stylish headboard.

Ready to Rock - This rock 'n' roll bedroom was inspired by a vintage aluminum trailer. An open, overhead "luggage rack," built by soldering metal pipes together, creates tons of storage. Instead of using a headboard, this full-size bed was piled with large, wedge-shape back cushions and turned sideways to give it the look of a daybed.

Lounge Area - Shiny metal furnishings, such as the retro dinette table and pantry shelves, are a natural fit in this room. The shelves were purchased at a kitchen store but are perfect for stashing magazines and books.

Rock and Roll Desk - An awkward alcove is outfitted with a long built-in desk and white cabinets. The light-up "lounge" sign reminds anyone who enters that this room is about hanging out. Of course, other rock 'n' roll accessories are found around the room, from framed album covers to guitar patterns and CDs.
