Binet totally. just grill the tomatoes and leave the feta to be fresh. or top the tomatoes with the feta toward the end of grilling.

Grilled pizza! Tips:1. Well oiled dough makes all the difference. For a thinner, crispier crust, use more olive oil. 2. For initial grilling of the dough cook over direct heat (medium) for 3 mins with the lid closed- NO PEEKING. 3. After putting the toppings on the pizza, return it to the grill and cook over indirect heat. For example, if you have a 4-burner grill, only light the outer burners (still on medium heat) and leave the two in the middle off. Put the pizza over the two burners that are off and close the lid. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
