Weekend Brunch Casserole with crescents, sausage, mozzarella cheese, eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Bakes for 15 minutes:) Easy and yummy!
2 large potatoes, scrubbed 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp salt 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). big ziploc bag to coat the potatoes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a ziplock bag to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.

1 lb boneless Chicken breasts 1 can Rotel (pick the heat) Cook chicken in crock pot until it shreds, Shred it, mix in some sour cream, cook for another 30mins on low. I used Sister Schubers rolls, heat as directed, and prepare. I added some salsa to mine. My picky 5 year old says this is his favorite meal!!

This is the best and most awesome breakfast cookie ever! And the best part, no flour, no sugar, and no dairy added! Ingredients- 1.5 cups of oats 2-3 super rippened bananas 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce handful of craisins to taste cinnamon. throw everything together, mix it well, drop it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and enjoy! It's great and super healthy!
