Sausage, mushroom and spinach lasagna roll ups. Just made this and while the idea is great, I would definitely make changes. Omit the cinnamon - I've never heard of cinnamon in lasagna and it gave it a weird flavor. Use spaghetti sauce. Heavy cream and canned tomatoes does not make a thick and chunky sauce, which is a must for me. However, this could be a fantastic dish and it doesn't take that long to make.
