Agadir Argan Oil [Love this stuff for my hair. My stylist introduced me to it. It keeps it shiny and soft, plus it smells good.]

put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

After it’s all mixed, apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 30 minutes. Wash it off with warm water, scrubbing softly in circular motion for exfoliation. [Used this Nov2011 - it works really well and my skin feels great]

Amber Imperius cinnamon oil is an irritant, though, isn't it? I'd be afraid of this one.
Kara Hudson I did this last night and it worked beautifullyu . Plus you can lick your lips and it doesn't taste like chemicals. The powdered cinnamon was a nice exfoliant, but didn't burn or sting. My skin is really smooth today.
