Fetching pins…
Margaret Whitlock I'm a fan of princess cut myself.
Kimberly Villareal Jerre, really?? I would have thought emeralds would hold their value better. Margaret, I used to be until I found out that the points can break more easily. Hence my preference to the radiant and emerald cuts.
Jerre Dawson I was working at Tiffany & Co. at the time and she was the Jewelry floor manager so I assumed she knew what she was talking about. The diamond should be more perfect in an emerald cut but they are not as popular as the brilliant or Tiffany cut.
Kimberly Villareal I think that is why I like emerald cuts. You can't hide their "birthmarks" with cuts. :)
Laura Patterson Though I *love* the emerald cut, I like radiant better for diamonds. Emerald cut is totally awesome for... emeralds! My diamond is brilliant cut, but the setting makes it look square. Best of both worlds. :-D
