10 best breakfast foods to lose weight. I disagree with #2 quite heartily. Almost all yogurts, ESP. low fat ones, contain far too much sugar (or artificial sweeteners, which actually confuse your endocrine system and can be worse than the real thing) to be good for you.

Prehistoric Diet Recipes -- Just made this Beans and Greens Chili -- two thumbs up! My only complaint is I need to invite some people pver to help me eat it! It makes probably 6-8 servings (which the page doesn't tell you but the amount of ingredients might give you a hint!)

Gotta try this....The next time you have green onions, don't throw away the white ends. Simply submerge them in a glass of water and place them in a sunny window. Your onions will begin to grow almost immediately and can be harvested almost indefinitely.
