Oh, this might be one of my favorite pins yet...total inspiration and something I think I just might do...now to find that perfect piece to transform. I just LOVE taking something and using it for something other than its original intent!!!!

Family Picnic Blanket: She saw these around the internet and thought they'd be so cute and easy to make. She ordered bandanas from an online bulk store, sewed them together (after washing), used a sheet as backing and an old comforter that I wasn't using any more. She just wrapped the flat sheet around the front to make a binding and used yarn to tie it all together (didn't even use a quilt frame, just did in on the living room floor.) It's a fun picnic blanket that can be kept in the car.

Tag Ring. Hey! This gave me some good ideas...You can put a picture of family members on one side, and the initial of their name on the other. You could also have a bunch of pictures of one person, and even spell their name...Like I S A I A H, and Isaiah could spell out his name, and see pics of himself on the back of each letter. Another idea. You could find a word to represent each letter, and put it small on the letter side. i.e. I=interesting S=smart..You get the idea. :o)

This was very inexpensive to make by putting these small 3x5 cards in a small photo album. The cards are fun, inspirational ads, They're called "Mormon Ads" from a teen church magazine from my church. I love to read them myself....Hey! A quiet book for ME too! LOL
Wipe-off Picture Searches. Great idea!
