This book has taken me years to read. I dip in and out. Over Christmas last year I read chapters, but before and since I've picked it up and simply read a section or even just a paragraph. Deeply philosophical, it's too much for me as a straight-through read. It's more of a handbook with which to approach life. My Desert Island choice.
