You can use a variety of ingredients. Just make sure the liquid is on the bottom, lettuce on the top. Good for 2 to 3 days.

The most important part of the layering is making sure the dressing and the spinach (or whatever 'leaf' you choose) don't touch. As long as they stay separate, these salads can be made up to 4 days in advance and will stay fresh in the fridge with a lid on. When you're ready to eat, just shake it up.

cake batter ice cream.... yum. i just made some, but with an easy recipe. 1/2 box funfetti cake mix, 1/2 box vanilla pudding mix (the big box), 2 1/2 cup milk, oh yeah- I added a few spoons of cookie batter- that I had in the fridge, but u could use store bought cookie dough too- after it was all mixed...... I used a ziploc bag to smoosh the ingredients together, then I stuck it in the freezer- for about 4 hrs, longer if you want it more frozen..... Next time I'm gonna use a yellow cake mix to see how close I can get to Cold Stone Creamery cake batter flavor... Kids wanted funfetti this time. :)
