The Whole Life Nutrition Kitchen: Teff Banana Pancakes - Discovered teff flour this past weekend and LOVE it!! high in protein and fiber. These pancakes are fabulous. If you are on the 30 days you can substitute applesauce for the banana, and add 1 more TBS coconut oil instead of the agave. I blended strawberries in the vitamix and poured on top in place of syrup. Soooooooooooo yummy!!!
