Dutch Babies This is the only site that I found that had the correct recipe. But, I have to note that you should pull these from the oven before they are quite so brown. I can't imagine it's the cast iron that is the cause - I do mine in a glass pie plate - but it should be just set and golden with little crispy bits on top, and the sides should stand about 6 inches high - they will "shrink" as it cools.
