Grilled Portobello Mushrooms: 4 portobello mshrms; 1/4 c balsamic vinegar;2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp ea. basil & oregano;1 clove garlic & pepper.Remove stems& brush mshrms clean. Place smooth side up in a single layer shallow dish.Whisk together remaining ingreds. & pour over mshrms.Let stand for 15 mins. turning 1-2x's. Save marinade & place smooth side up on grill over med-high heat & cook for 5-8 mins on ea.side/til tender. Brush w/marinade.Using cheese top mshrms w/it last 2 mins. of cooking.
