Elizabeth Fillmore I couldn't find it, Pegi..... The website is in a completely different language. I'm guessing the process is similar to making twine globes, where you basically just take tacky glue, mix it with water, dip the lace or fabric in it, then cover a balloon with the wet lace, let it dry for 2-3 days, then pop the balloon! It's worth a try.....
