The "miracle" of baking soda and peroxide. Put 1/4 cup of baking soda in a bowl.....add enough peroxide to make a paste. Rub on with fingers or sponge. Cleans EVERYTHING! Stove, oven, pans, stainless steel applicances, even the white handles of the refrig door.

mix one part dawn dishwashing liquid (the plain old blue kind, in the big bottle that usually sits on your sink), with two parts hydrogen peroxide (available at any drug store), pour it directly on the stain, and watch it disappear like MAGIC.

mix one part dawn dishwashing liquid (the plain old blue kind, in the big bottle that usually sits on your sink), with two parts hydrogen peroxide (available at any drug store), pour it directly on the stain, and watch it disappear like MAGIC.

use silica gel packets to keep pumpkins/gourds from molding

take your favorite liquid fabric softener and soak an old hand towel or flour cloth completely with it. wring it out and let it dry completely, then throw it in with your next load. this mega-fabric softener sheet should be good for at least 40 loads of laundry
