It's a long exposure shot with sparklers. All they had to do was stand there very very still and someone else ran around them with a sparkler. You can kind of see a figure on the right where the light starts from. {amazing}

Belle inspired outfit and accessories. I'd probably tone down the tackiness of some of this, but the idea is nice if it could be pulled off tastefully and without too many people noticing it's overtly Beauty and the Beast themed. Theme weddings are dumb.
