Natasha Woodard I haven't tried the no bake but the black bean brownies are wonderful!! They are a bit more 'chewy' than regular brownies but they are good!

Tabitha Bernardi Black bean brownies are delicious, but very dense. If you would like a cake-like brownie, try a box of brownie mix coined with a can of pumpkin purée. Not as much protein and fiber as the black bean type, but still lighter and healthier than oil and butter.

60 calorie creamy chocolate fudgsicles :: * 2 T cocoa powder * 1/2 cup canned coconut milk * 2 small, very-ripe bananas (200g) * scant 1/16 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract * optional: feel free to add peanut butter! Combine all items in a blender (I used a Magic Bullet). Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
