Jean InAbottle Wish I could blow this up to poster size and put it on my bedroom wall!
Sarah Bauman So true! And it kills my knees! I'll stick to walking and biking. :)
Stephanie Moon walking has the same benefits. Deosn't burn as many calories per minute but at least I'll save my joints. And no stress fractures either.
Cheri Casper You don't value your knees.
Ali Wheat You have to be willing to build the necessary muscle to support your knees before you start running. :-)

Piper Lioncourte I agree Cassie. It goes both ways. But that being said, thinner people almost always get negatively talked about. Some work really hard to look that way and they deserve credit. This girl is healthy, toned, and sexy. You tell me the last time you saw a true anorexic in a bikini. They hide behind clothes just like big people. I have some lbs to lose. And if I ever dish it I better be able to take it.
Samantha Lynn Uh, just because someone is big, doesn't mean they stuff their face with junk, so yeah, if you're telling someone to lay off burgers and cheesecake, you are an a$$hole. It's rude and disrespectful, and larger people are talked about far more negatively than thin people. Although I do agree than no one should be making assumptions about how or why someone is thin. Beauty is more than just looks, if you're going to be mean and judgmental about another person's physical characteristics, than you are an ugly person, and I'm sure can find something better to do with your time than to criticize how anyone looks.
Traci Gendron I agree with you Piper. I just wish I would have looked like that at some point in my life!! ha She doesn't look anorexic one bit.
Cassie Enicks You Guys Make Me LOL!!
Kasey Muir I SO wish!!

Kimberly Miller Vieley I think she looks amazing! Look at her muscle tone... people who are just "too thin" don't have that kind of toning.
Jean InAbottle Wow- look at those fake breasts!!!! The best 5 grand she has spent in her life!
Mandy W She was SO pretty before her boob job!!
Elizabeth Dixon must really be struggling to keep her balance on that board.... just sayin'!!!!

Diana McCauley Remember she is flexed and pumped up, her relaxed state does not look like that. I admire her hard work!
Danielle Ricks I'm thinking she eats no sugar, salt or fat and she must spend a LOT of time in the gym!!! I mean a LOT of time. And if the photo isn't air brushed or photo shopped, she also has some very good genes!
Edna De la Cruz I know women that are like this in real life..no photoshop..Just great genes. Usually naturally lean. She doesnt drink weird stuff to be like this but she does eat protein.
Ra Zaineh Hey! i look like that!!!!!! Oh wait, I just woke up! LOL
Helen Frutiger I don't know but it kinda scares me.

Michael Smith All the girls that commented on this are awesome btw. I bet that guy feels like a piece of crap. haha
Suzanne Pablo I would love to look this good but the best thing is that the girls are so happy & it looks genuine...true beauties.
Janean Bennett Idk. They look happy but hungry for sure? Lol
Amity Huizinga women come in ALL shapes and sizes, we are beautiful based on what's in our hearts, not our bodies... we can't judge whether or not these women are healthy because we don't know them. But we CAN judge whether or not looking at this pic makes US healthy. Because comparing ourselves to women who get paid to look perfect is not healthy, no matter what. :)
Angel Loves Tad GREAT models. They truly are amazing. I love that they look like they are having a blast together. As much as I would love to have their bodies, what I want and adore more is the idea of friendship they all so well exude & sell perfectly in this frame. Beautiful.

Louann Strickland Stunningly beautiful!
Charlene Lammers the defintion/lines of her body is beautiful
i LOVE this idea. put one dollar in a jar every time you complete a workout. when you achieve your goal (10, 15, 20 lbs. lost, etc.) use the money to treat yourself! a massage, a cute pair of jeans, whatever feels in line with what you've accomplished. Most excellent!

Diane Brennan great motivation!
Laura Bliss that seems like more of a punishment--to pay for your workouts--than a reward!
Jessica Smith I do this backwards. Each time I crave fast food- I move the $6 into savings and then proceed to eat healthy. I'm up to $500 and I'm now able to ignore the fast food craving at work. I can't wait to use the money for my new wardrobe when I hit my goal weight!
Carma Bailey @Jessica Smith - what a great idea! Sounds like a much better way to reap the benefits! Will have to give this a try!
Kelly Holtz I would go broke. Love to workout.
Fetching pins…
Carrie Pyer love this !!
