rainbow jello! It's really only red, yellow and blue jello but when you stack those colors it makes it 'look' orange and green too!

Tiffany Dahle Rainbow parties are the best. I had the most fun with that one this spring. I did a fruit tray like this, too.

Rainbow drink - make colored ice cubes (water + food color), stack in tall glasses and pour clear soda. cute idea for kids! I think I'd make the ice cubes out of Kool-Aid though.
