Bryna Sampey I like this one. I have to see it with the dress, hard to visualise how the different knitted patterns will work.
Steffany Farros I'm hoping it will just look kind of delicate. I think I'm going to buy this one. It's $30 over the budget I set for myself, but that's ok. I'm not buying anything else...and maybe Anders won't spend all of the rest of his $100 pants budget.

Steffany Farros Everything I am wearing is grey or black or pink! Hah. I like the lacy anthropologie thing. When I go to SF I'm going to pop by the store there and try it on.

Steffany Farros Yes, I do. I think it will be fine, actually, as long as I don't poke at it. I like the ruffly unfinished look it has. I don't think it would look quite the same with finished edges. Too polished.
Bryna Sampey Don't poke it!! I bought lots of pretty slips of fabric today. Including a pale, blush-pink, silk organdy. OMG it's sumptuous. I bought maybe 6 different fabrics to try different layering combos. Will send you snaps tomorrow. Or Friday. Josh is home so I'll have brain-power/childcare this weekend. And I'll already be sewing. I got magnet clips for the backing, so it wouldn't make holes in your dress. They're ridiculously strong. I bought extras in case you want some for the shoes. I think little mini ruffles for the shoes would be neat. Depends on how the shoes fit & how comfy something clipped in would be. I think I stopped making sense.

Think my "bride gene" might be starting to kick in. Bought some 18" ivory netting and a few silver combs to try and make a veil like this. Trying to decide how to combine this with my vintage pink number...ideas? Currently thinking about just layering them one over the other...

Steffany Farros You're the sweetest! I really appreciate the offer but clothing/accessories are the things I am very picky and obsessive about. I'd rather make it myself, or buy it, than entrust to a good friend whose final result I may or may not like. Besides, I am not going to buy this. I think it's beautiful but it's too much with the veil.
Bouquet? Simple, just white carnations. I kind of like it.
