Maybe it's time to get back to my old routine of oatmeal for breakfast. Especially looking at those tasty topping options :) Also helpful hint: You don't need to buy those individual packs. Even the "plain" ones have extra salt and sugar. Just buy quick oats/1-minute oats (Quaker or other brand/store brand) and add hot water (or make as you would with the packets).
I want a Fitbit tracker! I currently have a Nike+ capable iPod Nano, which works really well. But this seems even cooler :P I decided that after I've run 50 miles this year, I'll buy myself one :)

Motivation can be hard to find, surround youself with people and things that motivate you towards your goals and don't hold you back... I have changed my life and lost 50 pounds in the last 5 months (the right way!)... there are no SHORTCUTS, if you want it... work HARD and EARN it, we ALL have the power inside of us to be the CHANGE... just take the first step!
