Not as good as the books, but pretty freaking close. Jackson has one major flaw that, as an English major, I can't quite forgive. But overall, very enjoyable. The trilogy, as a whole, definitely falls in my top 5 flicks of all time.

I thoroughly enjoyed every movie. They are as close to the books as monetarily possible.
I could watch this in a never ending loop. The cinematography is simply stunning.
