Suburban Princess I used to take a great yoga class but the studio closed. I wish I could find a local class but I think the teachers all left town. I have loads of dvds tho...just need to get off my duff and get on with it! Next week ;o)

Suburban Princess That's the beauty of yoga...it's no intimidating. Everyone is so busy trying to keep themselves in the poses they aren't bothered with what you are doing. The best part is the teacher is there to help you with corrections etc. It's a very non-competitive activity.
