How did I make this? Well first I sent hubby down to Home Depot to get some Drain Spout, it came in a white PVC material and was less than $10 for about a 12 foot length. I measured my markers and decided that I wanted them to stick out a bit, so I had him cut the spout in to 5 1/2" pieces. Then I used some contact cement to glue them together and some spray paint
