Love the idea of 2" x 1" planks of wood with hooks on them. They add some fun architecture and break things up. Would be great in a garage too.

Elaine Marriotti my father built our childhood home in 1953. this is one of the original ideas that he included. his version was not only a step for small children but opened to store all kinds of items. during my years it held shoe shine equipment ie: polish, brushes clothes, etc. thanks for the memories
