Tabatha Muntzinger i'm going to admit i tried it and it completely failed. bit went right through the rubber band (a thick one, too!) and i still had to get out pliers. ugh.
seriously budget-friendly linoleum tiles ($0.59 per sq. ft) look majorly luxe by cutting them in half and laying them in a striped pattern. {smart}
