Pinterest inspired family project: 6 frames (Goodwill .40 ea) Black spray paint Scrapbook paper (Walmart 5.00) Letter cut outs & paint :)
really great tute to make this great wood sign using 1x12 wood plank, 4x6 frames from Dollar Store and letter prints from free flickr site.
Some of the signs I made as Christmas gifts for family with the letter source I have previously pinned in my Create folder. I made the frames, backed them with thin plywood, painted the background, and then used mod-podge to put down the pictures. No glass and no photo mats. They were very well received which made me very happy!!
I made these fence decorations because I couldn't find wood letters in a font I liked. DIY: Discs are terra cotta saucers. Cut out letter stencils using a font you like (print from computer). Spray paint with base color (green on this one) then lay stencil and add textured spray paint. Hang with thrift shop frames. My cedar planters are under the sign; I'll post another pic when things are in bloom. I made these fence decorations because I couldn't find wood letters in a font I liked. DIY: Disc
Method: * I used Microsoft Office Publisher to design this. It works best if you know the frame you want to use because you make the image custom to that size. * I located the frame I wanted at Ikea. This would be a cherished gift! For all the art i don't want to toss...Plum Print will take your kids' paintings, doodles, and construction paper creations and turn it all into an absolutely gorgeous coffee table book from children's artwork. The company professionally digitizes as few as 20 pieces of art--or as many as 220--and arranges them onto high-quality paper. You provide a book title and, if you'd like, a photo of your child with a short caption.

Scrapbook. A mini lyrics one! My favorite kind to make! Regular brown lunch sacks as the pages make it super cheap to make. Lyrics and pictures to one of our favorite songs! I just print the pictures off my computer and already have all the scrapbook paper and supplies, so making this cost roughly around one dollar!
This is brilliant- rubber bands wrapped around the vases, then spray it with the craft spray that 'etches' the glass & remove bands. (easy)

Free photo letters. There are literally hundreds of each letter. You simply download for FREE and print from your own printer.
Our family name. Purchase extra large cardboard letters and paint them. Then snap photos of each of us holding our respective letters and put them in a frame.
