1-2-3 cake! two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a small 1-serving cake!

Quick Summer Fruit Salad 1 (5.1 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits with juice 1 lb. fresh strawberries, quartered 1 cup fresh blueberries (optional, I think marshmallows would be a yummy substitution) 3 bananas, sliced 1. In a bowl combine the pudding mix and canned pineapple with the juice. Stir until well blended and all the pudding mixture has dissolved. 2. Fold in the strawberries and blueberries if desired.

Healthy Peanut Butter cookies! Only 36 calories per cookie! Ingredients: 1 Cup Peanut butter 1 Cup Sugar 1 TSP baking soda 1 egg Mix the peanut butter and sugar first then add in the egg and baking soda. Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees.
