Mandi Frederick If they're this bad you can just use a wire brush. But for sure, try using some fat back in those babies. It's often free (or very cheap) at the market and does a great job reseasoning.
If you are at the hardware store this weekend... pick up some paint swatches for your home decor. This is such a genius idea to add a punch of colorful fun to your kid room decor!

emily yep! my ratio of trips : finds is small (is that what i mean?) ... i have to go a lot. i have much more luck in uniontown, which is a 20 minute jaunt now that the toll road is finished. st vincent depaul and salarmy side by side, and goodwill up the road!
if i only ever do one more thing that i found on pinterest, please let this be it.

Jennifer Bates Gleasman HOW COOL. We have been looking for a bed frame/headboard for like 5 years. I finally found a design for one in a book and Brett is going to build it for me this summer.
lord, grant me the nerve to squish a bunch of frames this close together.
i would never think to do this / consider that it would work. might be cute in some tiny reading nook for H.
