Courtney Kirchoff Every American does have those opportunities, if they are allowed the rights to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. Whether or not an American citizen is willing to work for those things, that's up to them, not the rest of the United States. It is not the business of government to coddle and take care of its people. People can take care of themselves, if the government simply gets out of our way.
