English muffin bread. The recipe makes four loaves so I will have to cut it down some or find room for bread in the freezer. 4/7/12 - Made a half recipe today. I will make a full recipe next time because we are going through these two loaves fast. :)

Golden syrup recipe for those of us that can't just go out and buy a tin at the store.
Peanut Butter Cup Cookies. Except in my family we make these the super cheater way: fill mini muffin tins about halfway with premade chocolate chip cookie dough, bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then press a peanut butter cup into each one and let cool. They are always A Hit.
