Evelyn Chan My self-described genius twist on the ATK Classic Bread Pudding: I used a dry (unfortunately over-baked) nut- and fruit-free ATK Pumpkin Loaf as the bread and tossed in some chocolate chips. OMG, it saved the pumpkin loaf and the custard was delish with the chocolate! So so sinfully good!
