Olive Garden Breadsticks ~ Yummy! Reduce bread salt to 1 1/2 t; reduce butter spread to: 6 T margarine, 1/2 t salt, 1 t garlic powder. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

GODIVA Dream Cheesecake ~ Not bad, but SO not worth the amount of work... needs some modification, I think. First of all, scrap the crust and just do an oreo crust. Just do it. The chocolate cheesecake layer is pretty good, but not very cheesecake-y, so, I'd probably try some combo of the top two layers (rather than separating them out) to balance it better; maybe try: 12 oz. cream cheese, 1/3-1/2 C sugar (maybe brown?), 2 eggs, 1/2 t vanilla, 1/8 t almond extract, 1 T flour, and 1/2-2/3 C sour cream. Scrap the nuts completely, and perhaps spread the glaze on JUST before serving...

Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes ~ Just as tasty as promised! Makes a thinner, crispier pancake, which I LOVED. Amazing with buttermilk syrup.

Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread ~ Has potential. I'd add another teaspoon of salt to the dough, and maybe another of yeast. (Or maybe, I need to live in a warmer house...) Also, making the rolls slightly smaller and upping the butter/garlic content couldn't hurt. ;D

Cinnamon Roll Pancakes ~ Wow. So sweet, but SO much easier than cinnamon rolls... Made them MUCH smaller than her recommendation; and halved the icing, which still ended up being plenty.
