Barbecued Lime Shrimp and Corn Recipe

here's your new crack...Blend the following: 1 can pineapple w/ juice, 1 banana, 1 can coconut milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Freeze in pops 117 calories per pop. I am making this a million times this summer.

1/2 C. mayonnaise 1/3 C. white vinegar 1 tsp. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. corn syrup 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp. Romano cheese 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp.  Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp.  parsley flakes 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Breakfast cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp sweetener. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl really well. Let this mixture stand for at least 5 minutes to let the oats become good and hydrated. Heap the dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
