Easter accessories: mini hat, shoe clips and belt. Used lace fabric and trim for rosettes , burlap, vintage jewelry, floral pearls, doilies, ostrich feathers and netting.

aquarela+doodles: the thicker the watercolor + the less water you use, the better. make simple shapes (circles, squares, rectangles, etc). once dry, make doodles and drawings outlining the shapes with black pen. use white pen for details (balls, hearts, circles, etc). you can use this as a doodle by itself orrr turn it into a background for a scrapbook pg or art jounral (see: maisarmendonca.bl...)

Susy Morris I tried them and I just couldn't take the smell of them. I'm highly sensitive to scents and I did not like the soap nuts smell at all.

look at how talented @micah vittetoe (my sister!!) is. :) Frame painted and sanded to distress. Frame board painted and lined with cream burlap using wood glue. Wooden letters painted to match frame and covered with pretty scrapbook paper with decopauge. Glued to burlap with wood glue.
