Kelly Murray Have you had Strawberry soup? It is AWESOME! 1 btl of Cote du Rhone (or syrah blend) 2 baskets Strawberries sliced one bunch mint chopped. 1-2 tsp sugar. pour wine over strawberries and mint and marinade for 2 hours. Serve over Vanilla Ice cream. Adult sundae. YUM!
