Pinterest is an online pinboard.
Organize and share things you love.
6 people + 1 tiny house = MAJOR organization. Or at least the dream of organization...
Each family member has a "coaster" to place their glass of the day on. No more "grab a glass & put in the sink"... 50 x's a day! Great idea! I LOVE,LOVE THIS!

Preparing for an Emergency: these tips are exhaustive and borderline OCD (even for me!), but I think there are some that will be useful.

Add a 2nd curtain rod in the back to hang shower poufs, kids toys, etc. Would be great for wet swimsuits too! All kinds of smart.

An easier and cheaper alternative to the "laundry basket dresser" that's been going around pinterest-- just install shelving hardware and slide your baskets on!

Melissa Sharp Yes, but did you notice it's ugly? LOL

FREAKING GENIUS!!! "Each member of the family has a mesh lingerie laundry bag, and a hook. They put their dirty socks in the bag each night. Then when it's full, you wash the whole mesh zipped up bag, and give it back! No more sorting through and figuring out which socks are for which person!" --

I love this idea. I hate having to lift a stack of heavy glass bakeware to get the pan I need.

A shelf...then stuff won't fall behind them and it would look so much nicer than staring at the water connections.

Really cute and clever To-Do/Weekly Calendar. Frame was $10 at the Wal-Mart and use a dry erase marker on the glass. Just fill in with scrapbooking paper or magazine pages. Maybe use as a menu board?

Hubs would die if I made all this in hard copy form instead of digital, but I like the idea anyway.

Jessica Tierney I love this idea for things that aren't already digital. There's no way it is worth my time to have a calendar...weekly or monthly, b/c it's on my phone and I'm not wasting time hand writing it. BUT...the other items: menu/plan, schedules, forms, budget, cleaning all are awesome! Right now I'm battling keeping track of our budget calendar and menu calendar w/o the kids spilling their drinks all over it.
Fetching pins…
Shannon W I have a bunch of those from Ikea and yet my drawers look nothing like that, Ugh.
