vanillasugarblog not really, it says tea bags on there. did you try it? its really good.
Anna Ginsberg I knew it was bags, but because I'd never bought matcha before and because there was a big picture of powder on it, I thought the bags had powder. Luckily, the store let me return it and I was able to find actual matcha powder at a different store.
