Strawberry Tart : Pantone 186 C 1 Puff Pastry - 4 Tbsp Sugar - 4 Egg Yolks - 2 Tbsp Corn Starch - 2 Tbsp Flour - 2 cups Boiling Milk. Bake 2 tart shells. Gently whisk the egg yolks and sugar until obtaining a white mixture. Stir in flour & cornstarch into the egg-sugar mixture. Add 2 cups of boiling milk. Mix well. Pour the preparation into a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until the cream thickens. Let cool. Line bottom of the cold dough with pastry cream and top with strawberries.

Valli has shot a documentary with Diane Summers on the Honey hunters of Nepal documenting honey hunting by the Gurung tribesmen of west-central Nepal. In it, they enter the jungle in search of wild honey where they use indigenous tools under precarious conditions to collect honey.
