avocado chicken salad-couldn't decide if it tasted like chicken salad or guac :) We used one can of chicken, 2 avocados, 3 green onions, 1+lime juice, and a little less than half a bunch of cilantro. Could try switching the green onions for purple ones and maybe adding tomatoes. avocados made it so creamy-taking the place of the mayo. with pita bread and chips.

Dunkaroo Dip-1 box funfetti cake mix, 1/2 container plain yogurt, 1/2 container of whip cream.. Serve with animal crackers, graham crackers, or teddy grahams.

My kids would love these!! Yogurt-covered Blueberries- take two cups Dannon Oikos greek yogurt (blue cup) honey flavor and one carton fresh blueberries. Stick a berry with a toothpick and dip/swirl in the yogurt cup and use a second tooth pick to push it off onto a cookie sheet. Do all of them and place in the freezer. After an hour you can pop them off the cookie sheet and into a plastic baggie. Makes 3 sandwich bags full :)
