Liz Cadorette @Shannon Smart I looked around for this and didn't see it, but it looks pretty straightforward -- get a wreath base and feather boa(s). Wrap boa around wreath base. Staple or wire as you go to secure. Done! :)

Mindy (Rindy Mae) I just saw something similar in a magazine using punched tin sheets. You wrap them around a cylinder to get your shape, fix with small pieces of wire and spray paint. So stinkin' cool!
